Making my childhood dreams come true…

I was six years old at my aunt’s wedding when I watched a makeup artist transform my mom. I remember being in awe not just of how she looked, but how she felt. That moment sparked my initial interest in beauty, but over time, it evolved into a deeper curiosity about why beauty matters.

Today, I approach beauty and wellness through research, exploring how culture, identity, and consumer behavior shape the way people connect with products and experiences.

Growing up in Trinidad & Tobago, a multicultural environment, shaped my perspective on beauty as something deeply tied to culture and self-expression. This continues to influence my work, particularly my interest in global rituals and cross-cultural consumer behavior.
