BeautyMatter x SCADpro: The Future of Experiential Retail in Shanghai and Singapore

Through a SCADpro collaboration with BeautyMatter, I conducted in-market research in Shanghai and Singapore on the future of experiential retail for Gen Z. It was an amazing experience getting to go to Asia for the first time, immerse myself in two of the world’s most dynamic retail markets, and work closely with so many leading brands.

As Research and Data Team Lead, I led industry and consumer research through company visits, field observation, in-store interviews, and secondary data, while managing a team of seven and supporting cross-team insights. It was a truly rewarding experience that strengthened my passion for retail innovation, global business, and consumer strategy.
