The Ideal Experience Of Online Fragrance Shopping

This project explored in depth how to research the ideal experience for something using the Lextant framework. In-person observations, interviews, surveys, and sensory cue workshops were employed to get to what truly makes the ideal experience of online fragrance shopping. In the end, it was discovered that people just want to feel assured when purchasing fragrances online.
