One of my most beloved projects combines the two things I am very passionate about: intensive research and a global perspective. This project explores the journey of understanding Warby Parker's business and which countries would be a good fit for the company to launch in. Singapore proved to be a great fit, and many operations, such as the launch plan, timelines, beachhead offerings, company culture, company organization, and investments, were explored.
